This is one of those times when we welcome lots of guests and visitors to Trinity as we celebrate the Christ child this season. There are different areas where your help is greatly needed:

Host/Hostess – Be available to assist people in finding their way if needed. Oversee the dessert table and drinks to be sure they are stocked with food and plates, cups, napkins, etc. Offer to take pictures with cell phones. Answer questions about Trinity as asked and as able. Smile and be a friendly welcome!

Decorate – We will set up the Adult Classroom on Sunday, December 15 at 2pm to be ready for the Memorial Service that evening. The set up will remain until we clean it up after Christmas Day. We will decorate the Family Life Center patio area on Monday, December 24th starting at noon.

Clean Up – Clean up for the Family Life Center will be after the 8:30 service on Christmas Eve, so probably starting around 10pm. Clean up for the Adult Classroom will be on Friday, December 27 at 10:00am.
