Land Sale UPDATE October 28, 2022

The City of Avondale wouldn’t approve a left turn-in from Dysart Road to Plaza Circle so Porter Kyle has revised their site plan. Porter Kyle purchased some property from the neighboring Baptist Church so you will see that reflected on the site plan. Also, since the main access to their property changed, our signage on Dysart Road will remain as it is. We are still expecting that a left turn-in from Indian School Road to Plaza Circle will be constructed.

Congregational Meeting on December 5, 2021

• • The Board of Directors is calling for a Congregational Meeting on December 5, 2021 at 12:45 in the Sanctuary. The agenda will consist of two items: approval of LCEF’s proposal to restructure of the mortgage loan (CLICK HERE and HERE) and revision of the Church’s Constitution and Bylaws, which includes a major addition of an endowment program.
