Jesus’ Family Tree Advent 2020

Join me through Advent and we’ll follow the branches of the Jesse Tree to learn how through Jesus, we are made part of God’s family too!

These super-engaging daily devotions teach children about Jesus’ family tree, telling the Old Testament history leading up to Jesus’ birth and our salvation story. We sometimes call this family tree the Jesse Tree, named after one of Jesus’ very faithful ancestors. We’ll trace the Jesse Tree’s branches all the way back to the garden of Eden. In those branches, your children will discover familiar names like David and Ruth, Abraham and Jacob each day of Advent. They also find that when God sent Jesus to be a child in Bethlehem, we were made a part of the great, growing family tree, too. With scripture, storytelling, and prayer for each day, this daily video devotional gives our children perspective on the very long story leading to the promised birth of our Savior.
