Confirmation Sunday reminds us of conviction and confidence that the Word of God gives to us. Confirmation Sunday reminds us of the pledges and promises that we made to remain faithful to Christ and true to His Word. Today may you be reminded of your promises and renewed in your faith in Christ. This faith journey that God has given to us is real; and it has eternal significance. Don’t lose sight of how important the gift of eternal salvation is, and how much God loves you and how He has worked His goodness and grace in your life.

Like the Old Testament people, we are on a journey. Jesus reminds us that the path is straight and the gate is narrow. But He is with us, and He has given us His Holy Spirit, so that we can live a life of Faith in Christ, Belief in His Word, and Trust His promises.
