These things are meant to bring you closer to the Lord so that you rely on His Word and promises, and that you turn to Him in prayer. Ironically, it is in trials, pain, suffering, and persecution that you see God’s presence and mighty power most clearly at work in your life! Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego could certainly confirm that for us today!
